Our sales reservations, accounting, information technology and quality assurance staff work cross-functionally to offer a customized package of services that best meet customer needs.  Included in the professional services we offer are:
7 Day-A-Week Operation

Highly skilled, friendly and personable staff available to manage any marine schedule worldwide.

Monday through Friday - 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Saturday and Sunday - 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST

24-Hour Emergency Service

Total Travel Marine also has a 24-hour emergency line, so even when the offices are close, our staff is still reachable, a most welcome feature in the last-minute nature of the business at times.
Management of all aspects of marine travel

Total Travel Marine also provides customized air charters, hotel accomodations, car rentals and ground transportation services.
Proprietary Fares

We offer net marine contract fares provided through our airline partners as well as cruise line private fares, both domestic and international.
State-of-the-Art Accounting and Reporting

Customized accounting data and reports to fit client financial reporting requirements.
Satellite Ticket Printers at Customer Locations

We currently operate several STP locations throughout the United States.  Additionally, we are in the process of establishing worldwide STP locations through our United Kingdom office.
Prepaid Ticketing

Prepaid tickets can be issued at any location, through virtually any airline worldwide.
E-Ticketing

Electronic ticketing of private fares is available both domestically and internationally on most carriers.
E-Mail

E-mail is available as a communication tool.  We are able to streamline communications through both office-to-office and ship-to-office communication, which greatly reduces cost and improves expediency.
Disaster Recovery Program

Total Travel Marine can provide backup service in the event a major disaster renders the home office inoperable.  We have off-site staff throughout the US and operate our network via a Secure Premium Data Center (SAS 70 Type I and Type II Certified) while continuing to provide our clients with flight and ticketing information.  This program assures our customers uninterrupted access to our services.
