Total Travel Marine was established in January 1989 as Total
Travel Enterprises, Inc. in Coral Gables, Florida by two partners
Karen E. Segalla, President and Lucy A. Cerullo, Vice-President.
In keeping with their area of expertise
from the onset, the focus of the company
was to target the travel needs of the cruise marine industry.
The two partners brought with them knowledge and proficiency
from their ten-year experience in managing the air/sea and crew/corporate
travel departments at Costa Cruise Lines in New York and Miami. Areas of responsibility included management of air/sea inventory, pricing
and contract negotiations, ticketing, pre and post cruise tours,
ground services and embarkation for passengers, crew and corporate employees.
Since then, Total Travel Marine has expanded rapidly to become the only company
offering travel services to crewmembers and cruise passengers exclusively. With offices located in both the United States and the United Kingdom, the focus
continues to be on ensuring premium service to all our clients
on a global scale.
Total Travel Marine's greatest asset is its employees, who are completely
dedicated to the success of the company and subsequently their own.
Total Travel Marine employs a staff with extensive cruise line experience. These employees
are the best the industry has to offer and combined have over 150 years of experience in this
specialized field.
